Complex Problems. Thoughtful Engineering. Better Solutions.

We design and build websites, AI-powered workflows, and custom software that help businesses work smarter and move forward.

Fixed-scope projects, retainers, and technical consulting — scoped around your business problem first.

Services

What we build, fix, and automate

Eight ways we take work off your plate — through software that fits the problem instead of forcing the problem to fit software.

Website Design & Development

Fast, credible websites that turn visitors into inquiries — and that you can actually update.

Details

AI Agents, Chatbots & Workflow Automation

Assistants and automations that handle repetitive work so your team handles the important work.

Details

Custom Software & Applications

Tools built around your exact process — no bending your business to fit off-the-shelf limits.

Details

Existing Website & Software Customization

We extend and repair what you already run — sites, tools, and internal systems.

Details

API Development & System Integrations

Make your disconnected tools talk to each other so data stops living in silos.

Details

Embedded Software & Firmware

Software for real hardware — devices, sensors, and controllers.

Details

UI/UX & Graphic Design

Interfaces and brand assets that make products clear, attractive, and usable.

Maintenance, Debugging & Support

Ongoing care after launch: fixes, improvements, and someone to call.

Business problems

Sound familiar?

Every project starts from one of these — and ends with work that used to drain your week quietly going away.

  • Manual processes waste staff timeWe turn repetitive workflows into automations and small tools that run themselves, freeing your people for real work.
  • Websites that fail to generate inquiriesWe build (or rebuild) sites around a clear message and a path to contact, then measure whether they convert.
  • Missing functionality in existing systemsInstead of replacing a working system, we extend it — new reports, forms, permissions, or features added on top.
  • Disconnected business applicationsWe connect your apps through APIs and integrations, so information flows without copy-paste.
  • Technical ideas that need a working implementationWe take the idea, scope it honestly, and prototype the core first — so you find out early whether it works.
Why CogitumTech

Engineering first. Sales pressure last.

Our approach is deliberately unglamorous — it exists so the thing delivered matches the thing you needed.

  • Understand the business problem firstBefore any code, we make sure we can state the problem in your terms — including what "done right" would look like.
  • Agree on scope and deliverablesA written scope before we start: what gets built, what doesn't, and what success looks like.
  • Choose appropriate technologyThe simplest stack that solves the problem — not the newest one that sounds impressive.
  • Build and test iterativelyWorking software early, feedback between stages, and adjustments while they're still cheap.
  • Support and improve the solutionLaunch is a milestone, not the end. We keep tools maintained and improved as the business changes.
Process

Five steps, no surprises

  1. DiscoverTalk it through: the problem, constraints, and what success actually means for you.
  2. PlanA written scope, a realistic estimate, and the sequence of work.
  3. BuildWe build in short iterations so you see progress and steer early.
  4. LaunchDeploy, test in the real environment, and hand over cleanly.
  5. ImproveMonitor, fix, and extend — the support that keeps it useful.
Engagement models

Three ways to work with us

Fixed-scope projects

A defined build — a website, an application, an automation — with agreed deliverables, timeline, and a clear finish line. Works well for anything with a defined goal.

Ongoing development retainers

Reserved engineering capacity each month for the features, fixes, and improvements that keep evolving after launch.

Technical consulting

Advice before you commit: what to build, what tools to use, where automation genuinely pays for itself.

No invented prices here — engagement terms are set after a real look at the work. Ask on the contact page.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask

How do project estimates work?

Send your problem through the contact form. We clarify scope in a short conversation, then give a written estimate — what's included, what's not, and the assumptions it rests on. Anything outside the scope is quoted separately, never silently absorbed.

How long does a typical project take?

A focused website is usually a matter of weeks; a custom application or a multi-system integration depends on scope. You get a realistic timeline in the plan phase — and we flag anything that threatens it instead of quietly slipping.

Can you customize my existing website or software?

Yes — extending what already works is often the smarter option. We first review what you have, confirm it's technically possible to get where you want, and then change it without disrupting the rest of the system.

I don't understand AI well — is automation realistic for my business?

Often, though not always. We start from your repetitive tasks, not from the technology. If automation genuinely saves hours, we'll build it in the simplest reliable way; if it doesn't, we'll say so.

How do you work with remote clients?

Most collaboration is remote: written updates, video calls when they help, and a shared space where you can see status at any time. Pakistan-based, serving local and international clients across time zones with agreed response times.

What happens after launch?

Handover, documentation, and a support arrangement you choose — from occasional fixes to a monthly retainer. Websites and tools should keep improving as your business changes, and we build them so they can.
